Peakspan Society is for people who want to stay strong, sharp, mobile, useful, and curious for as long as possible. We focus on five practical pillars: Move, Measure, Eat, Recover, and Explore.
What is healthspan?
Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how many of those years you spend strong, mobile, clear-headed, and independent. We care about the second number. The goal isn’t to add birthdays — it’s to keep the years you have worth having.
What is Peakspan?
Peakspan Society is a virtual club for active longevity. We’re not chasing immortality, miracle supplements, or biological-age bragging rights. We build strong, useful years through practical habits, evidence-aware tools, and a bias toward exploration.
The five pillars
- Move — strength, aerobic base, balance, mobility, and the ability to keep going.
- Measure — the numbers that help you make better decisions: sleep, glucose, blood pressure, labs, and fitness signals.
- Eat — protein, fiber, metabolic health, vegetarian practicality, and fewer nutrition fairy tales.
- Recover — sleep, stress, sunlight, rest, and the discipline to not turn every day into a heroic mistake.
- Explore — travel, nature, photography, awe, purpose, and the long-game habit of staying curious.
How to use this site
Read the Field Guides for practical, evidence-aware deep dives. Work through the Peakspan 100 — a living list of practices, tools, and experiences across the five pillars. Browse Tools Worth Considering when you want gear or tests that earn their place. None of it is medical advice; it’s education and personal experimentation.
Want to know how we decide what to cover, how we grade evidence, and how we choose products? How Peakspan Works lays out the editorial method in plain language.
Discounts & affiliate links
Where we can, we negotiate discounts with the brands we recommend. Some of those links may also earn the Society a commission — it never changes what you pay. Many of our links, including podcast episodes, expert sites, and research resources, earn us nothing. Editorial choices always come before commissions, and every link routes through our own /go/ redirects so nothing is hidden. Full details on the disclosure page.
